About the Summit
Shaping Tomorrow's Leaders
We provide up-and-coming leaders of Bosnia and Herzegovina the three key ingredients for success: quality education, access to technology, and leadership development.
From 2023 and onwards, the Futures Leaders Summit covers a broad range of topics beyond STEM in order to support the cultivation of a new generation of changemakers who prioritize public values like inclusivity, equality, justice, responsibility, and leadership.
The running engine behind the event are the incredible scholars, alumni, volunteers, and staffers of the Bosnia & Herzegovina Futures Foundation, supported by mentors, donors, ambassadors, and many others who find our cause close to their heart.

Our Story
Ever since its inception, Bosnia & Herzegovina Futures Foundation has had a long-term goal to grow to a community of 10,000 changemakers by 2030 who strive for the advancement of quality of life in our country.
We are lucky to find storytellers who share a common cultural and social background with our participants. Bosnia and Herzegovina, and other countries of the region, have generated incredible talents dealing with these topics at the highest level, both locally and internationally.
